What is PHRANC?PHRANC (Professional Housing Rehabilitation Association of North Carolina) is an organization made up of housing rehabilitation, weatherization and construction professionals. Founded in 1993, PHRANC was intended to be a resource for knowledge, networking, and professional development. That vision is still relevant today. PHRANC's new website is a work in progress, and we hope that it will become a useful tool for all current and future members. |
