What is PHRANC?

PHRANC (Professional Housing Rehabilitation Association of North Carolina) is an organization made up of  housing rehabilitation, weatherization and construction professionals. Founded in 1993, PHRANC was intended to be a resource for knowledge, networking, and professional development. That vision is still relevant today. PHRANC's new website is a work in progress, and we hope that it will become a useful tool for all current and future members.
